The Academy of Dramatic Combat Announces New Board Members
After the results of their elections, The ADC is proud to announce a new President and Board Members.
(Toronto, Ont, November 14, 2023) The Academy of Dramatic Combat (ADC) is excited to announce its newest board members. After its 2023 elections, The ADC has a new board and President.
Outgoing President, Dr. Kara Wooten will step into the role of Training Officer. Board members elected are Jamie Treschak (Treasurer), David Chinchilla (Secretary/Promotions, Co-Chair), Brianna Love (Secretary/Promotions, Co-Chair) and Nicole Moller as the new Vice-President of the Board. Senior Instructor, Neil Adams has been elected as the new President of the Academy of Dramatic Combat.
“I'm honoured and humbled to be allowed to usher in the next phase of development of this institution,” says Adams, “The Board that has been assembled is strong with a youthful perspective on the landscape ahead. This will give us, as a collective, the ability to grow The ADC as a thriving, contemporary educational governing body.”

The Academy of Dramatic Combat is composed of independent instructors who, through experience, have constructed a set of guidelines for the teaching of stage combat and combat techniques for film and television.
